Pretty certain it's the same PN as the Wotefusi snorkel that was under $200. Handful of threads and mentions of it around here.

You're idea of "pretty cheap" is a bit different than mine. I think $300 is expensive for a piece of blow molded plastic. It's is probably about $4 worth of plastic and maybe $8k in tooling to make this thing. The price makes sense if they are selling under about 200 of these. But maybe that's accurate volumes.

As much as I'd kind of like to have one, I don't. But compared to the Safari, it's a bargain.

Any fitment tips? As in, where I put my marks before I drill a 4" hole into my fender?
I'd like to find a real template, the cardboard that came with mine is just so-so.

so I made a template of the back of the snorkel with the box itself. I used that to line it up with the antenna and to get an idea of where id be drilling. It should come with a paper template also that you can use to drill the mounting holes. Lay it out 10 times and make sure youre happy with it before you commit to the cut.

the snorkel has a little cut out for the antenna, I just lined mine up with the bottom of it and made it so i could see just the slightest bit of paint between the template and antenna and was good to go
