2020 Torklift Camper Tie Downs

Anyone have experience with the Torklift tie downs for our Tacoma's, specifically for the 2020 Access cab? Their website only lists the double cab for 2019. Hoping they would fit anyway? Any thoughts?

I ended up using steel sliders from OCF as the front mount point, and I plan on installing a

Antrader M10 304 Stainless Steel Ring Shape Lifting Eye Threaded Nut Pack of 2

stainless eyelet using a carriage bolt from the bottom. For now, I'm using 2" ratchet straps as a temp fix. You can kind of see them in the pic here.

I've installed the front tie downs before, and I'd highly recommend considering steel sliders as a mounting point. The front tie down is a PITA, and you won't be able to install sliders in the future if you do use the torqlift front mounts

The rear trailer hitch brackets are mostly the same, so you should be good to go there (as long as it's an OEM hitch). GL!

 

Oh nice, great idea. Would like sliders at some point so that would be a good reason. They're bolted to the frame? What camper is that, just looking at options now and first time I've seen that make.

Yes, these (and most) sliders are bolted to the frame, and are designed to take the weight of the truck if lifted with a high-lift jack.

The camper is a 2001 Northstar. It's an older more "compact" model. Newer ones are slightly larger, and can be found here. More pictures of mine here. GL
