Trailer license bracket, need help finding a weird one

    I am redoing a trailer and need to relocate the license plate. I did the same thing on my uncle's tilt bed trailer. Every time you tilted the trailer it would crush the plate. So I found a bracket that moved the license plate up above the light and to the left. The mount bracket also had a light to illuminate the plate. I searched anywhere and I am unable to locate this bracket.
    I created an awful drawing in paint of what I am looking for...

    Should be pretty simple to make .

    Then you could just weld a piece to a regular license plate bracket.

    Get a License plate light and your good to go.

    Yeah, I am going to make it out of 1/8 kydex type plastic. The company is apparently no longer around

    You can get bolts that hold the tag on that have lights built into them for tag lights.
