CUSTOM WEATHERTECH FLOOR LINER TRD EMBLEMS

I designed and built these to replace the vinyl sticker that goes in the WeatherTech floor liners. They are on both front floor liners and are made from 316 stainless.

 

How much?

 

Do you want to buy a set? Not sure I can build these and sell them complete due to TRD copyright. If I did the TRD logo emblems, I would have to ship them with parts loose, requiring TIG welding. A lot went into these for looking like a simple logo. These actually bolt on, vs the sticker that comes with the liners. The plates are laser cut and etched to allow alignment of the letters. Then the letters have to be TIG welded from bottom side. This is what makes the clean look on top. Then the stud is welded to the back as well. Top side is polished with wire brush and letters are brushed to give contrast. Long story short, I could sell the parts loose if you wanted TRD. If you want something else, I would need to calculate cost of design and parts/labor. I honestly don't know how much I would charge. Let me know and I'll get an estimate.

CUBIE, I can sell the TRD for $15 + shipping(should be fairly inexpensive) for loose parts. If you want it welded & ready to install, it would be $45 for 1 set. I have a set loose right now, ready to ship or ready to weld. let me know and I can figure out best way to set up purchase with you. thanks. maybe I can set up an ebay sell and let you purchase that way.

FIRST SET I FABRICATED FOR MY TRUCK. I USE A SMALL STUD SO THEY WILL BOLT THROUGH THE MAT. EVENTUALLY DOUBLE SIDED TAPE WOULD COME LOOSE.

 

Maybe a set that uses the old TEQ logo, or something more generic like 4x4—to get around the Toyota legal team. These are awesome, and I'd love some, but I still (someday) need to learn how to weld...

SELLERS RULES

14. In order to offer lighting products for sale (as a business, not an individual selling parts from their vehicle), sellers must be on the official Tacoma World vendor list. This is due to overwhelming number of light vendors appearing on the site.
15. No "selling for a friend" threads. Anyone listing items for sale must be the owner of the item.

BUYERS
1. If you're making a willing-to-buy post, it must have WTB: in the subject, followed by the item you're looking to buy

DO NOT BASH for sale threads in what you think is a good price to sell an item. PM the OP and give them a suggestion. You have been warned and actions will be taken if this happens.

DO NOT post for-sale threads that are not complete. Photos are part of the deal, so don't start a thread until you have them ready. If you do not post a complete thread, it will be nuked. Statements such as "My dog ate my camera" or "Photos when I get home tonight" are not good substitutes for photos.

"Feeler" ads are to be considered BST ads. As such, the above rules apply.

 

FYI, its isnt a for sale thread. I was posting what i made to show it off. Then someone asked how me how much it would be for a set. As you can see, I didnt even have a price because they were not for sell. Just want to make sure I dont have post deleted or get kicked off forum for someone asking me a question of price when that isnt what my thread is for. thanks.

 

I can weld them out as long as they are not the TRD plates.
