    Hello Tacoma friends!

I am the proud owner of a white 1998 Tacoma 4x4 V6 Ext Cab that i've had for about 3 years now. Out of the numerous vehicles i've had (including a mint 1997 Dodge 12 Valve) the Tacoma has been my favorite. I absolutely love it.

She has 393,000kms and still going strong.

I live in Vancouver, British Columbia as well as Nelson, British Columbia. I'm a Cinematographer so I travel lots. As often as possible in my vehicle. I spend a lot of time in the mountains... summer and winter. I built a sleeping platform for the box with a sliding drawer. I'll be posting lots of photos... mostly of where I go with the truck. That's the reason I love it so much. So much truck in such a small package that's easy to fix and maintain. I've had trucks with 8" lifts and so on... this thing is amazing stock with good tires.

I added a leaf in the rear for towing my snowmobile and whatever else is going on back there.

I do most of the work on the truck myself. After spending the last 3 years using this forum I decided that, today, i'll become an official member.

She's not perfect, but she's mine.

    Happy Wheeling.

This spring pulling my sled in the Kootenays (Nelson,British Columbia area). I run Toyo Observe GSI-5 tires on 1st gen 4Runner rims. The size is a little small (235/65/15).

Most recent photo of the truck. 2 days ago. New tires (General Grabber ATX 31x10.5R15). Sleeping in the back is a dream. The Canopy has 12 windows and cost me $150 CAD. I've slept in -20 degrees Celsius.
