Any input is appreciated. I've sought help in other threads but my digging hasn't found anything that duplicates my issue. I previously had a real bad TOB chirp with my clutch. About two weeks ago another squeak joined it, however the new noise only happens when I'm in a low gear and using it to slow me down, or in reverse. When under load but accelerating or cruising in 3rd gear or higher the new noise isn't there. last weekend i replaced my clutch. (what an adventure that was!) So proud to announce my clutch TOB no linger chirps! but the newer noise did not go away. While under my car for the clutch everything was in great condition. very little rust etc. so trying to pinpoint where this noise is coming from I've narrowed it down to two culprits. the u joints or the carrier bearing. neither by my inspection look like they need it so id like to only replace what i have to. I've included a link to a video with the noise so if anyone can help diagnose i really appreciate it. my truck is a six speed manual so in the video I'm in first gear going down a mellow slope with my foot off the gas. thanks
