So I broke the passenger side and center power slider glass this past weekend and Safelite and Toyota dealer says the rear slider glass unit is on back order.

I purchased an OEM rear power slider assembly on Ebay and considering installing it myself.

Does anyone have any experience in replacing this assembly? Doesn't look too difficult.

Fold down rear seats, remove c pillars panels and the panels behind the rear seat back, un bolt the window regulator, remove it from the window assembly. Undo the two nuts in each lower corners. Cut away the old urethane holding the window assembly. Once the window is out, trim away the urethane on the pinch weld. Leave about 1/16" of the urethane on the body make sure it is smooth. Touch up any scratches. Prime any exposed metals on the body and also prime the new window where the urethane will sit. Apply urethane with a electric caulking gun on the pinch weld following the existing urethane line. Set the window in. Tape up the top of the window then go inside and bolt in the two nuts. Reinstall the window regulator and all the panels.
My suggestion if you haven't done it before, I would just bring your own glass to a local reputable auto glass shop and have them install it. Saves you all the tools and materials. They should charge about $150 to $200.
