Does anyone know if the exhaust hangers in front of the rear axle on a long bed and short bed are in the same spot?

Looking to swap my mbrp turndown with a friend who has a stock long bed exhaust that he chopped before the axle. I know things get weird because of the axle, but since we are both cut before it, I have some level of hope that it works, but wanted to ask first.

Pretty sure it's the same. The difference is in the length of pipe in front of the muffler.

If the pipe in front of the muffler is longer wouldnt the hanger for the back of the muffler be further back?

It's in the same place relative to the axle.

I may have mis-read what you were looking to do.
