Just ordered a set of these because I recently installed a topper on my truck. Do you recommend I remove the topper while installing these or can I leave the topper on during installation? Just wondering if the weight will cause a difference in the flex of the bed while I am installing.

I would remove the topper. These were designed on a stock bed that wasn’t splayed out and your topper is meant to be on a square bed too. So you’d want them to pull your bedside back to square as much as possible. Then reinstall your topper.

It can be done with the camper on IF you are unable to remove the camper. We have seen it done several times with no issue but better to remove the camper if you can swing it.

By far the best stiffeners on the market IMO. The side support goes the full length of the bedside for maximum support, rather than stopping where the bed wall flares out. The additional tie down points add so much utility to the bed, they are a great functionality improvement. The base of the stiffener uses a low profile design and does not extend the vertical rib support past the bed wheel well arch so that large items can still be loaded/unloaded smoothly out of the bed without obstruction. Thoughtfully designed and well executed. I highly recommend these.
