I’ve been running the 5100’s up front at the highest setting, stock UCA’s and spiertraxx wheel spacers and have always noticed (feels like) driver side wheel hop when turning and hitting bumps, hitting bumps at a higher speed or highway driving (65mph+) and drive across a highway dip or a fixed pothole.
I notice it most when I get new tires or get them rotated and balanced and they fill my tires to the tires specs. Usually airing down to 32psi help a lot but doesn’t get rid of it completely.
Any ideas on what it could be and a solution?
I’ve had this problem for years and hasn’t been too bad but now that I’m ready to supercharge, I don’t want this to be an issue at all. Thanks in advance.

    Are those E Rated tires?

I’m on C rated KO2’s now and my previous tire was BFG rugged terrain which was like a street tire.

I’m going to try and get an alignment and see if that helps.

Wheel hop is a term normally used for rear wheels during 'launch', but it sounds like you are describing a front end situation?

So they are filling to the max pressure number on the sidewall? Ham fisted yo-yo's. You need to do a chalk test and determine the correct pressure for your truck, and adjust to that. It may or may not be different than 32

While you may need an alignment, it won't help what you describe.

IF it's only on one corner as you say, I'd be looking into it being a bad shock or even binding or broken coil.

I'd also run the proper spring for the lift you want and put the springs back on the 0 perch. Just because someone makes a product with multiple perches, allowing lift to be created with preload, doesn't mean it's a good idea.

And keep in mind that the SC addition will likely create wheel hop in the rear you'll need to address.

Thanks, I am describing my front and it’s the only way I know how to explain it.
I’ll see if I can alleviate this situation before I do an alignment.
I’m using my stock springs and have always had this issue as soon as I lifted. I cannot no longer go to zero perch because I’m running bigger tires.
    I appreciate your input.

Possibly bump steer since it happens on potholes.

It’s possible to run bigger tires on the zero perch. Some trimming, CMC(if not already done), space down the bump stops and add additional caster
