Need some direction on adding heavy bumper

So I have a 2020 SR5 long bed 2wd with V6.... Adding around 160 pounds to front end. Was wondering if I just need stiffer springs to account for weight or?
I do not need lift, just do not want front to sag or cause any damage. Is it possible just to add stiffer springs to existing struts? If so what brand and weight..
Sorry if dumb question new to this, any help much appreciated.
