Ok did a 3/2 ready lift. Yes I know probably not the best choice. But not going to be doing any extreme off roading just gravel roads to camping spots. Have a growling noise from front end. Well think its from front end. Hard to explain. Not constant but every second on off on off. Anyone else have this issue? 2019 sport

I have a cyclic vibration that can be felt in the steering wheel at varying speeds, but most notably at about 90kmh. Stock '19 Sport, started doing it within a few thousand km of purchase. So far, dealer has been willing to work at rectifying the problem: road force balance tires, replaced rear driveshaft.
Next up, front diff replacement 16 June.

    ECGS for the win!

Cruise your truck down the street so that you hear/feel the vibration. Put it into 4WD, and if it goes away, it's the "clamshell bearing" needle bearing in the front diff. Replacing the crappy stock needle bearing with the ECGS bushing will do wonders.

EDIT: Possibly different for 3rd Gen (I have a 2nd Gen), but I really doubt it.

I haven't tried it in 4wd. It starts at about 50 kms/hr. Truck only has 9600 kms. What is this ECGS. Everything is stock.

Well, try 4WD first - basically, when the front differential is engaged, the needle bearing in question rotates with the CV shafts and is immobile relative to the shaft - hence, no noise. So if you hear noise in 4WD, you have a different problem.

When you lift the truck you change the CV angle and the stock bearing (which is admittedly crappy) often makes noise. East Coast Gear Supply (ECGS) makes a replacement bushing that's much more durable and quiet.

Tried throwing it 4wd. Went away. So ya thats the issue I'm guessing. Have heard this before. But some people say they don't get the noise. Do you know what that bushing is called. Do you know if its hard to replace? Do I have to do both sides

Only driverside. Most people like myself do it at lift install since so many people end up where you are anyways.

ECGS bushing search here will give you all the info you need to order and replace. There are several you tube videos as well. I bought the bushing, tool, new axle seal, and bushing driver for like $140 or so from ECGS. It's like a 5/10 on the difficulty scale, but it can be harder. I had trouble removing the old bearing and had to sleep on it overnight. Next day it poppped out first try...
