That is where I would rather be anyway, but I will have to say no just for this weekend only :(

This is the last weekend, of 6 months, that we are watching my fiancee's brothers dog (he gets back from deployment Monday). She doesn't do well in the woods and I cannot leave her for more than 4 hours in her crate before she has issues. I can't find anyone to watch her today unfortunately, so I have to go to Paris Mountain which is close.

I am absolutely down to join you in DuPont after Monday though!

Waiting to see if my boss can cover me that weekend - one of the projects I am PMing has a large maintenance that weekend, but they don't need me there for the full thing.

I know I should be able to be there for a single day ride no matter what!

I don't have those X-Tiger glasses you guys have though, so I don't know if I am cool enough.

We will know, when I hit a tree that you all miss, that the X-Tigers provide superior field of vision and my Native's just aren't cutting it.

Although... I have enough Amazon credits to get these free...

My wife said I'm not allowed to wear mine out of the house any more. Too many panties got thrown at me last time.

But you have to ask her, should we really hide the X-Tigers from the world at times like this?

real question ... are those any good ? Im trying to find something for the splotchy light (wiki definition - the light that comes in between the trees and manages to hide or reveal rocks at just the right time to propel you directly into a wasp nest covered stump)
my $2.99 clear glasses are good for keeping mud out but don't really help with high contrast conditions

I’ll be trying them for the first time this weekend, but reviews are good.

I say yes. I don’t do well with sunglasses because of the shaded portions of trails I just about can’t see. I don’t see well at night at all, so I think this is part of it. I normally wore safety glasses just for mud and dirt, but it didn’t help with the sun. I wore the xtigers on my last ride and used the blue lenses, and it was everything I needed, seriously. It was great, not as dark as sunglasses, but enough for the light spots. Then I tried the clear lenses as well. One of my favorite things is they didn’t fog up either with my fat man huffing and sweating. Most of the safety glasses I have sit close to my eyes so that was an issue with sweat and fog.

Nope. We didn't get there untill almost 11 after a slower than average morning and then picking up the bikes at Sycamore. It was bananas out there.
But the ride was great. Quick 9 miles to test out the Yetis.
