I got 45k miles out of mine. They would have gone longer but I swapped with K02s

Once BFG KO2's go on sale at Costco I'm swapping these wimpy ass tires out. A truck should have meaty tires not soccer mom tires. When I go to the mountains I want real tires.

Mine have about 30k miles on them and have about 20% tread left.

I am at 21K on my 2019 OR and they are wearing pretty well. I will evaluate them at 35K and go from there.

So much depends on how you drive. Start and stop fast, taking corners fast and just plain sloppy driving habits will shorten life significantly. If you do off road are the tire deflated and reinflated properly? What type of terrain.

Years ago Dick Cepek made Ground Hawgs. Basically a tractor tire. The rubber compound was tough they lasted darn near forever. But few people drove them on the highway unless they were going to or from off-roading. The tire noise would deafen you at highway speeds. We just kept two sets of wheels and tires.

I still do. High mileage road tires and aggressive off road tire.

Today many try to use one tire for both and end up with a compromise that fails at both. It’s a balance between tire life, traction and ride comfort. The aforementioned Ground Hawgs rode terribly.

If you want mileage out of a tire Michelin makes great light truck tires. For a more aggressive their are several good ones. But know if you run the wrong tire for the driving conditions life span will suffer, sometimes dramatically.

got ride of mine at 20k with 5-6/32 left. rotated every 5k, 32psi up front, 30 in the back. I drive dirt roads for camping fairly often and some light offroading. Put KO2s on and was very pleasantly surpised - even on dry roads and brand new tread, KO2s are just way stickier and corner more confidently. also OEM Wranglers with Kewlar were disaster in CO snow.

I just got a quote for the general ATX I believe. They are very similar to the ko2. I had the ko2 on my 98 Tacoma and Subaru! Had the General on my 02 Ranger , 05 F150 and 2014 Silverado!
