I dunno about you guys, but I've been sweating way more. It's really bad while working out. I am not usually like this...

It's been 90+ here lately so garage workouts are a bit toasty. Have had to shed the joggers recently but still get that swamp ass.

Definitely my problem. Going on Day 14 of eating like trash. I still try and track my macros, just so I can hate myself a little bit more. On Tuesday I consumed 6000 calories which was over 800carbs :bananadead:

On that particular day? It was nothing too interesting. The main reason I hit 6000cal was because I took down an entire chocolate chess pie my mom brought over. It was 3000cal by itself. She brought 2 but the other is still on the counter and I’m thinking about freezing it so I don’t eat it all again. She also brought some meatloaf and my wife keeps getting “lactation cookies” that are far too good for me not to eat, even if they do make me milk a little o_O

    jk :) be well :)

Definitely my first thought as well but they are basically just a super charged oatmeal cookie. We’ve had 2 friends bake us a batch and I made my own as well. They are really good

I’ve been trying to tell my wife how self efficient should could be if she could use her own milk for her lactation cookies and milk. She’s not on board...yet

He mentioned those cookies a couple times and I was like...wut? Doesn’t sound like anything I should eat.

    He’s a strange little Manlet.
