    Wow. That is (un)fortunate. :D

I know where you are coming from. The Wildpeaks do rock. The Amazon setup worked like a champ. Best price, good install shop with a fixed price there. Peanut buttered out over 12mo free financing.

Drove my taco for two years and the tires still look new. Rotated every 5k miles and I drive 11k miles a year. I want new tires but want to wear out the factory tires first but it’s never going to happen.

Buy Tacoma. Drive Forester in the winter because it's better in the snow.

I try. To them, it's all about the truck so they have something to blame besides themselves.

I was in a mtn bike rack 20 years ago. Big race, $500 1st prize in Expert class. 37 miles of rock and root and hill pain. It was drizzling too. A guy with cargo shorts and adidas showed up, no shirt, had to borrow a helmet, pulled his Walmart bike out of his truck, and proceeded to win $500. Not the bike, or the gear. It's the crazy rider.

I have seen a WeeStrom DL650 and a Big GS, both with DS tires, walk away from me on a twisty mountain road. They took a good breather while the rest of us (moving a very good pace, occifer) caught up.

I think every tacoma owner worst nightmare is to build their truck for awesome adventures and then never having the time to actually go on adventures

Hobbs steals your Taco...take it for a joyride, runs it through a pepboys and mounts everything stuck to the truck on it, including PeeWee Herman Bike Handlebars right above the grill.

    NO APPROVAL HOBBS!

My nightmare is logging onto TW and finding everyone pleasantly staying on topic per each thread’s OP, using the search engine and adding to earlier discourse, and avoiding shitposting and anecdotal universalisms.

You buy a Tacoma in 2018...two years later you still love your Tacoma but for some reason still browse AutoTrader for Tacomas?! WTH?

Tempting. I’ve heard of such things but fear that If I were to partake in them I wouldn’t be eligible to sit gently reclined on my therapist’s daybed talking about my ideas once a week.
