Just bought a 06 4.0 AC PR, I don’t see many of those. But it only had 115K miles. Plan on upgrading to CAI, TB spacer and exhaust system, possible headers as well. Any advise would be much appreciated.

Save the $$$. It's not worth it performance wise. But if you still do it save the OE for when you realize your misteak.

Ty for the response BD. Unfortunately you’re not the first person I’ve heard that from. Others I’ve talked to are 50/50 and I don’t know anybody personally who has modded and tuned a Tacoma. Just not sure if I’d be jumping down a rabbit hole.

I went hiking with a friend
Tried to stop him from stepping into quicksand
He had to find out for himself
    I walked back alone

    Welcome to TW.
Guess I’m going to side with the others.
Those mods are not worth it.

I guess you could argue the full exhaust would help some.
It you will likely never know it. And I’m getting old.
So I don’t care about loud exhaust any longer.

    Oh, and Welcome to TW.
