    See its shit like this...that really makes a song transcend music. I pretend to play guitar, multiple guitars actually and this is probably one of the simplist 3 chord songs out there. It's actually quite boring to just play on the guitar...12 string even. But man oh man...add that arrangement with those lyrics and vocals...

    It can bring tears to the eyes

    Bands that can pull off simple are amazing.

    I also love that songs that can be done as a whole production, but also translate down into just a player or two. One of my favorite bands starts that way, making it work stripped down, before they crank it out to the rest of the band. The result is consistently really really solid.
