I want to get android auto for my Taco, I currently have the Entune Premium that came with my TRD Sport. I found an upgraded Entune head unit (3.0) that comes with AA but I dont want to spend $1900-2000 to get the upgraded unit. From what I can digup via the internet, I can get an aftermarket headunit and the only main thing I will lose is the ability to use XM radio (No big deal to me as I dont use it at all) is this correct?

You can add XM to nearly any aftermarket unit. You should be able to keep all functionality. Check out the audio video section here. Crutchfield is awesome.
