Has anyone here done a full paint job on their 3rd Gen Taco. I am curious on pricing. I have a few scratched I want to get fixed up and thought hmm curious how much it would be to paint the entire truck.

Are the scratches over the entire truck? If you take them a truck with everything removed, it’ll be cheaper, but not cheap for a quality job.

Also, how did you get the scratches. If it is something that may happen again, is it worth the repaint?

    good luck OP.

Two were on the truck when I bought it. Theyre relatively small couple inches in length nothing too deep or bad. I caused one scratch when moving which I dont do often so it shouldnt happen again. The scratch I caused was about two inches on the tail gate. They're not the biggest deal to me but if the pricing wasnt bad figured might as well fix it.

you could just have the panels repainted. Or depending how deep the scratches are, paint correction at a quality detail shop. Repainting the entire vehicle over 3 or 4 scratches seems a bit excessive.

however if you’re committed to doing the whole truck, getting it wrapped would be a cheaper option and some wraps look really good.

You may be able to get them buffed out. That’s what I would check our first. There are some good paint correction guys out there who would be able to tell you right away if they can fix it.

I was thinking about different truck colors in general kinda tired of the gray I got haha. The scratches aren't the biggest deal to me.

A quality wrap is in the same price range as a paint job. Quality isn't cheap, cheap isn't quality when it comes to either a paint job or a wrap.
