Curious if this is in Va, and where? I am supposed to meet a friend in Richmond/Ashland to ride, and would like to find other areas in Va.

Bedford County. The trail is the Blackhorse gap/Dody ridge trail. Black horse is the up, Dody ridge is the down. Dody is the definition of single track. I would highly recommend it. Probably one of my top 3 all times rides. Here is a short video about it. Jeff lenosky also did a video on it.

Nice! I’ve heard that area has good riding I’ve just never gotten down that way to ride.

Highly recommend it. Between there and Carvins Cove it would make a great weekend get away for biking.

Is there a preferred or recommended grease to use when installing new coils in a fork?

Both the SRAM butter and slickoleum works fine, but I'd ask CK directly what they used. Some companies and tuners use something heavier in order to keep the coil quieter, but I'm sure either will work great. I used the Push stuff in my ACS3.

You could always pull tray out of the hitch a little with the pin still in so it gets "pinched" in the hole and takes the rattle out.

Of course neither my fork or @Bannerman's eagle components got here before the weekend to occupy my time, so I just stared out the window a lot, bored out of my F'n mind..

Nothing to apologize for. They were supposed to get here Tuesday before the delay anyway. Nothing like a pile of projects on the list, but no means to make any headway.
