I was on my way back from a run last week my neighbor saw me and was like “oh you run? Yeah I don’t run I had knee surgery”

Me: “Yeah I had surgery 4 months ago”

Him:

Yesterday hes in the backyard and my husband and I and my friends are planning our ultra trip for 2021 and he over heard and was like “yeah I should do something like that, my A1C is really high... I feel fine tho” (hes like 80lbs overweight)

In my mind: You just told me you don’t run lol

I usually say something to people because it helps me be accountable. Like I want people to give me shit if I say I’m gonna do something then don’t.

 

Got it, that's why I said "most". You outliers and overachievers always turn my rules into guidelines.

Comps all got pushed back and I gained some chunk during quarantine lol. I’m still gonna compete but trying to be like you and get skinny

So USAPL is requiring masks at all meets for the foreseeable future. This is going to be... less than ideal.

Good news is, they are pretty lax on their mask specifications. They are allowing home made masks, so the plan is for me to figure out the most breathable material I can find, and make one out of that. Wish me luck.

Really just to see if I was healthy. I never (ever, ever, ever) go to the dr. Never had bloodwork done, haven’t had a legit physical in forever, just figured at 32, almost 33, get everything checked out. So I got a physical and had them do labs. Told them to throw the T test in there too just to see what my numbers were
