High-mileage synthetic oil?

    I don't read much into the high mileage vs. extended performance vs. regular full synthetic. Which ever one is on special and says full synthetic is the one I usually get. Always worked for me with 218k+ miles now. It's mostly important to just change it regularly.

    I would stay away from conventional or synthetic blend...
