Will negative offset wheels make my tires rub?

I have a 2019 TRD Sport. It runs 17" wheels. I plan on replacing them with Pro Comp Series 69 wheels, which are also 17", and increase my tire size to 265/70/17. Based on the threads I've seen here, I know that I can increase my tire size with stock wheels and have no rubbing. However, these Pro Comp wheels have a -6 offset. It makes sense to me that a negative offset wouldn't increase the chance of rubbing, but I wanted to see if anyone on here might confirm that.

Also, will I need to purchase new lug nuts and sensors for the wheels, or can I use the ones from my stock wheels?

    Thanks!

It’s such a small negative offset I doubt it would make a difference. Before my lift and 285’s, I ran 265/75r16’s on a -25mm wheel which I still have with no rubbing. You should be in the clear.

@Matmo215 Thanks for the input. Since posting I was doing more reading and may have found another issue. The stock wheels are 17x7.5 The Pro Comp are 17x9. That extra 1.5" width could cause rubbing issues too. Hmm. Not sure what to do.

Had another realization. The wheel width won't matter. The tires I'm currently running are 10.7" wide, and the ones I plan on installing are 10.8", so the new 17x9 wheels won't be an issue with rubbing.
