    In order of pics:
    - Boat loaf of Baja Designs Lights
    - creates custom spacers to raise the Prinsu Rack to provide enough space for 400watt solar panels to be flush mounted under my crossbars.
    - RedArc Brake Controller
    - Expedition Essentials TPAM dash Mount with Power
    - Custom Control Pane in rear qtr panel w/ USB, DC, AC 1500w inverter, ARB Compressor.
    - Dual 200w panels for a total of 400w
    - Dual Odyssey Batteries
    - RedArc BCDC charger For power management.

    Awesome build. One thing though, you will get hardly any output from the solars with them behind the bars. They need 90+% sun to get usable output to a controller.

    This was already taken into consideration.

    The bars that run across the panels can come out. This was just to show that the panels are attached to the side rails and not the bars themselves.

    I wanted to mount the panels sub the bars so I could use the rack as a rack.
    Then I decided it would be best to mount the panels to the sides so the panels would not deflect from the load on the bars.

    I need to figure out a better way to run the loom down the underside of the bars, so I can get rid of the top ties.

    If anyone knows of a good idea let me know.

    was thinking of using the tie down rings that you can mount into the channel of the Prinsu bars, but that seems like a crappy way to do what I want done.

    Just sealed the deal on 36 acres up by Toccoa. Headed up Friday to do some cutting and brushing camping through the weekend. @Seanb600 and another of my buddies will be there, could always use more hands if anyone is bored :rolleyes:

    Lake is .5 mile away as the crow flys, boat launch is about 1.5 down the road.
