Whisteling noise from Drivers side mirror?

So with the window down doing 50-60 mph, there is a sound like a brake squeal coming from drivers side. When I put my finger on the mount for the sideview mirror it goes away?

Any one have anything like this?

V-LED low and high beam headlights.

I had this on my 17 when it was brand new for about 2-3k then it went away and has never come back. It came from the drivers side mirror as well.
