You can use the flash utility to clear the P2119 DTC if you don't have a scantool. Likely that you broke a filament in one of the brake light bulbs.

Will a blown light cause this issue? I have no rear brake or tail lights.

Oh yeah. the filament dangles down and crosses the signals or something and freaks the ecu out.

It should. Replace both sides and maybe consider going to quality LED's. I have been thinking about doing this.

Checked all 4 lamps. They’re good. Ended up being the fuse for the stoplights. Still have no tail lights though. Looking for that fuse now.

Keep an eye on those bulbs. I’ve read that OEM is crap. Something caused those fuses to blow. Not sure what all you did but I’ve read that the filaments can swing back and act normal. Until a big bump. Trust me when I say you do not want this happening while driving! It’s phkn scary bro!

I hear ya. For what it’s worth, I was checking over the taillight wiring today and found a nice slice in the passenger side brake light wiring. I think that will cause my issue. I was rear ended January 2017 and unfortunately my truck was taken to a very shitty repair shop. Steer clear of G&C Auto Body in San Rafael anyone in the Bay Area. I have no doubt that they sliced the wiring somewhere along the way during their “repairs”. At any rate I tapped over the bare spot and got my fingers crossed.
