    My wife gets me. She got this whole box of glasses and 10 swing top bottles for $20 off one of her co-workers.

    Also drinking my latest brew, a centennial pale ale. I had some issues with this one and it shows. I can drink it, but I’d never share it.

    Sign of a true homebrewer! haha. I hate that my buddy swears every batch is good. I always think my batches can be better, and am very critical of them. But then i dont remember how to fix it so i do it again hahaha

    Gravity reading on my Treehouse Julius clone I brewed 10 days ago. Gonna call it 1.012. I'll cold crash it for a few days and then keg with 2 rounds of dry hops. Should be drinking this one in about a week...

    Been thinking of making a hazy this weekend myself, I'm gonna have to go find those c02 reduction tricks of yours to help me out in making it last. What hops you use? Seems everyone is using weird new ones now, I was gonna go tried and true citra and mosaic. Maybe azacaa

    :eek::eek::eek: but.....it's a hazy?!

    I went with that AHA recipe that we were talking about a few weeks back. Followed it almost 100%, which called for all Citra and Apollo. I deviated slightly and tossed in a very small bittering charge of Warrior early on in the boil, but it was all Citra and Apollo after that. I even did the blended yeast profile, though I'm not sure if the WB-06 or T-58 are really discernable. Won't know for sure until it's cold and carbed, but I didn't pick up anything from the gravity sample.
