Yikes! Dang, maybe they were defending their fishin’ hole. Seriously though, your rig can be repaired or replaced as these things are mass produced, but your bits, parts, & life a lil trickier per limited unique one-off special order. Glad to hear your ok, the GW was nearby, and the donkeys were caught before more rounds were sent down range.

Fix all of the damage except the bullet sticking out of the radio. Looks badass.

Oh, that definitely crossed my mind! If i can get it back I'll hang it from the mirror..... ended up pulling it out so the Game Warden can get ballistics done on it and submit it as evidence and prove beyond a shadow of a doubt they fired the round....yeah seems like they were questioning if they even did the damage but besides me, my friend and the Game Warden, they were the only ones out there plus the only ones shooting despite the 'No Target Shooting' and 'No Centerfire Rifles' signs posted everywhere.

OK so here is the latest on my truck.....its been in the shop since 11 May and i've had to sport around a chevy colorado 2wd....so there went my plans for hitting some decent trails over memorial weekend.....the ball park for repairs is $11K (yes $11,000)....the graphics display alone came in at $7049 (maybe cheaper with a coupon? i dunno). in addition to the third break light, dimpled roof repair / paint, headliner (part which took the longest to receive), graphics display and bezel trim, passenger door mirror molding/trim.....turns out the door window frame also was damaged/bent from the impact (amazingly neither the window nor the mirror broke). so required a new door (maybe just the shell). I am expecting to get my truck back this week....we'll see how much of the paint matches, molding/door panels, ect aligns. so yeah, would have been much cheaper and quicker to repair if the windows had been shot out instead....ugh. anyway, i should have the final tally and my truck back this week (fingers crossed).
