The day my new valve showed up I got this email. Might save someone a few bucks.

which one did you get? I see they have a few different models. How much was it? I'm looking at them on Amazon.

https://www.fumotooildrainvalve.com has a tool to help you pick the correct version and they are cheaper than Amazon. Buy direct, don't support monopolistic corporations.

I got the F-133S for my 2015. I have the F-103N on my 2011. There was plenty of room for the nipple and having the hose attached will get rid of the little bit of spillage from the no nipple version.

I just checked. For my application, Amazon is cheaper by $1.73 and I get one day shipping. It is sold on Amazon by Fumoto. On the Fumoto website you linked I would also have to pay $5 for shipping. So I'm looking at waiting longer and paying $6.73 more.

will these fumoto valves work with skid plates on? i've seen some fellow members stating that it seems to hang pretty low

Yes, there are different versions that are different lengths. The biggest thing will be the clearance between your skids and your drain plug.

yeah that was my main worry. wouldn't want a valve that has almost no clearance from the skids or it'll just get crushed under any abuse.

def gonna look into this though. thanks!

I have the F103-N on my taco with the TRD Pro skid. No issues at all. Plenty of clearance
