They look nice but i can't have the demon eyes in CA, I'm interested in a full black out and D2s retrofit.

You don’t need to run the demon eyes, they can be unplugged or ran to a switch.

If you’re looking for a retrofit to your exact specs I will be opening up orders soon though!

Ok sounds good, keep me posted. I have one more question, when you black out the high beam position, is that gonna be functional? I'm just getting caught with the thread...

When you black out the high beam bucket they become useless. When you add the d2s 5.0’s (or any bi-xenon projector), you gain a high beam in the projector so you don’t need the stock one. I will only black out the high beam on retrofit builds for that reason.

I've been itching to do a retrofit with Kevin but the Canadian exchange rate to USD is brutal. May as well be Monopoly money at this point. The headlights look so good.

If you go the retrofit route, do the high beam buckets get blacked out as well? Or do you keep the standard halogen high beam?

Either or, that’s up to the customer. Some people, myself included, like to keep the stock high beam functional, but it’s 100% not necessary with a retrofit.

    Oh I now you will!

Quick question; I feel like I have seen it done before but I could be wrong, but, can the high beam be converted into a projector as well? So that you maintain the high beam function but you can still black out the housing? Or am I missing something

There are different options for the high beam for sure. I usually push to keep it stock, but I may start implementing other options since I do get asked about it quite a bit.

Profile has the “high lens” which is an okay option, I’ve heard mixed reviews about quality so I’ve stayed away. Another option is the morimoto hb led projector. It’s a dedicated high beam projector. I want to start offering these.obviousky I’ll have to figure out cost and what not.

So the high beam is still functional with a blacked out bucket as long as it's retrofitted for an HID?
