3" in front, stock in back, 285/75/16 BFG KM2,5% tint all around, UWS black low profile, DTRL,line-X, deckplate...

I have an 03 prerunner. will a size 9007 HID bulb fit? i have no clue about them, is this the only thing i will need?

I had a '99 Xtra Cab PreRunner SR5 V6

No. The bulb you need is 9003. And along with the bulbs, you'll need the ballasts to ignite those bulbs. To sum up, you'll need a whole kit which will include bulbs, ballasts and the wiring harness for you to switch over to HIDs.
