    Guys,

On my '13, received notice and took to dealer 6/10, they said they will treat my frame. The criteria they said I don't meet is "no holes", therefore treatment only.

What have you heard and what is recourse to request new frame not treatment?

    Thanks,

    Ken

No holes no new frame. It's that simple

Why would you want a new frame if yours is solid?

No rust "penetrations" does not necessarily equal solid.

You better hope it does because no penetration means no new frame.

IMG_20191008_145233266.jpg If you don't get frame treatment you're on your own with no extended warranty. Get the treatment and treat it every fall with Fluid Film, Wool Wax or Krown and rinse off road salts often.

No recourse, I was told it had to be a 10mm or larger perforation, which mine had, I did go under there and scrape the scale and crud off, they gave me a new frame, didn't charge me anything
