Yes. Over bumps or anything similar to washboard roads, which is what I think weakened the push fasteners in the first place.

I don't think that is the case. Honestly, compared to other cars that we had, the few squeaks that I had were easy fixes. I couldn't imagine them doing a better job for the price point other than the engine tune. That was a massive fuck up. At least now, we have the proper fix with OVT 2.0.

Here is the answer. I tried everything for weeks... even had a thread on it. . Nothing worked...

then my dad heard me bitching when I was visiting and showed me this. Sprayed my truck months ago, and to the day I sold the truck... no squeak.

I had a super annoying squeak out of my rear leaf springs after a little less than 1 year. Put it at full droop sprayed em out with a pressure washer. Used WD40 after and have not had an issue sense (2 years since)

I read your whole thread on it before I posted mine. I head some rattle inside the cab also so I'm gonna check my bed mounts and a few other things. I'm to the point of pulling both back wheels off and coving the whole rear end in grease, Lol.

A couple of days ago I hauled 40 cinder blocks, 15 4" thick concrete pads and 2 treated 10' 4x4's and not one single squeak or rattle inside the cab. Makes me think it could be loose bed mounts rattling but with that kind of weight it's really no telling.

Okay, removed the spare completely and drove down the road and heard the squeak. Jacked the rear end up and pressure washed the leaf springs good and sprayed white lithium grease on all the joints of the leaf springs and it still squeaks. While it was wet from being pressure washed there was no squeaking. I'm going to lift the rear and spray the leafs with the bar and chain oil nest and i guess go to the long process and start wetting every spot individually and try to locate the squeak that way.
