    Good morning, fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!! What a wild year this is - frost here this morning...in mid June!! Lynn and I went out at 5:15 and sprayed the garden and our flowers with water to try to save whatever we can. Ugh.

    So my father got a new grill. And it has a smoker attached to it. Can anyone give me some pointers on how to smoke meat? More or less to give my father some pointers on how to do it

    It pretty much comes down to your taste I mean his taste.

    The quality of what your using to smoke with as well as the time and temperature .

    Smokers are like welding machines the concept is the same how you get to the end is so very different.

    Does not the manufacture have a cook book for this model giving a place to start .

    Every one I know it is trial and error once you get the sweet spot repeat

    I finally decided to put in the MESO color-matched headlight trim plates. Pretty easy swap - just have to pull the grill and drop the bumper cover low enough to get to the lower screw on each plate - managed to do it without breaking either of the infamous blue clips and only dropped one screw that I had to look for. :D

    I like the clean look of the new trim plates.
