    Bout 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Cheese sticks you have to be careful with. Leave them in to long and they leak and make a mess.

    A better question might be... basket type or oven type. We had a basket type, it was too small. We got the oven type and lots more room with about the same footprint. Being able to see food as it cooks is handy.

    Are there any that aren't made in China?

    You're right about the basket type being too small. I'm still debating whether or not to buy a full size convection oven. I'm afraid of losing the super fast heat up time and concerned about the power per tater tot consumption.

    Unit must get to 425°F, 450°F preferably 400°F absolute minimum. And it must get there QUICK. Like now.

    Round basket kinds? Umm no.......just not ideal.

    Well we got a Cuisinart one thats toaster oven combo. Its got tray, rack and veggie basket. It goes up to 450° broil warm etc. Going to try some asparagus tonight.

    I do 15 minutes and flip them, then another 15 minutes. Makes AWESOME drumsticks. Really tender.
