    Mine has a basket but I make a bowl out of non stick foil and cook my food in it and then wad the foil up and throw it in the trash, no need to clean the fryer.

    they only let us have crocpot when i was in dorm...made some beans and everyone was drooling...lol

    i didnt time it but seemed quick. I gave it a few minutes to warm up. Gonna try some bacon wrapped asparagus tomorrow. I Need to get some jalapenos:D
