    mats, flaps, and stickers. Extang solid fold 2.0. Mobtown sliders and full skids. AVS vents
    Learn how to control the temps, and try to keep them around 225-250 for the most part. You may need to mod the smoker a bit to be able to have 100% control. Do a few burns with it, watch where you are losing heat and smoke from, and go from there.

    Control the temp. Don’t rush it. It not about the time of the cook it’s the temp of the meat. Don’t let your heat go above 275.
