About the poll. For me it's not about the money. There could be no reward at all and I would still turn in a hit and run driver. It's about justice and besides, no one likes a hit and run driver.

I agree. Driving is a privilege, not a right. If your going to drive, you are responsible for what happens while driving in your vehicle.

When I was a kid we went to PA. on vacation and were victims of a hit and run. Never found the person who hit us.

I've never seen a gray fox in the wild. We're covered up with red foxes though.
