3" Bilstein/Toytec lift, TRD (fake) Beadlocks in bronze, 285/75/16 General Grabber ATXs, RCI skids & sliders (yet to be actually installed), cb radio install, rear diff breather (lol), ac condensate line extension (also lol), too many stickers on debadged tailgate, RCI bedrack & Smittybilt RTT, busted (and now dangling) trailer light plug from rockrash
My friend put the fear of god in me with roof rack leaks or getting straight up torn out. No roof racks. But I Just ordered a Smittybuilt overlander tent amd was wondering if anyone has a 5 ft rack on their 6 ft bed. Does it support the tent as well? Looking at the RCI rack on Toytec's website.

I'm a residential carpenter and my truck is a work truck 5 days a week. With a bed rack, I'd be swapping my ladder rack out for the bed rack and tent for trips. Is there a big difference in drop in time between the 5 and 6? Could i, need be, fit a few sheets under the 5 foot rack? Any reason to go for the 6 over the 5 for a tent?

    Thanks much for any reply!

Also, first post in this place. But I creeped the shit out of these forums before I lifted my truck!
