Rear diff, front shocks, spark plugs, pcv valve, oil change, adjusted rear shoes, and hood struts. Few hiccups along the way, but a very successful weekend in the heat and rain!

I'll pull a leaf whenever I get around to it I guess. I do need to work on my parking brake though, it needs adjusted and the cable is taught at the leafs. Had it loose, but the Dakar rub was setting in.

Should have just drove up there and done mine. I did front and rear diffs, new air filter, spark plugs, greased front and rear drive shafts, messed around with the rear leaf spring bolts (probably gonna have to get new ones) looked at how hard it’d be to get the hammer hangers in adjusted rear brakes, (still need to do the fronts) and cleaned my tb

You had a helluva weekend too!
I need to do something with my clutch system as well, still a bit of chatter if I upshift too early, but I chalk that up to the better clutch itself. I'm also 'crunching' gears on occasion, could be driver mod lol

Did you install redline hood struts, or something else?

I did some DIY ones on mine. Only spent about $25 and they work great.

    Thanks.

I can't say the coils made any difference vs OME 885 for ride height. But DAMN are they much more comfortable and softer! Excited to get them on trails and drive responsibly :burnrubber:

Spark plugs woke up the baby motor, I'm sure the PCV helped, but it wasn't clogged.

Hood struts are cool I guess. Had em a while sitting on the kitchen table lol

The Lock Right vs the No-Slip are not too different, but the differences they have are pros IMO toward the Lock Right for performance. The No-Slip was much more street friendly in my mind, almost like it took more pedal to get it lock up

Those hood struts are a game changer if you're a #flopperator
