OFT Handhelds...So i guess this 2.0 release doesnt apply to us? Unless im missing something bu the files I have are .BIN type..these are all P5F so... i guess handhelds are sitting ducks for a bit longer or am i confused? Will these work on open flash manager?

 

First impression.
I flashed this file: 04B04_Premium_Stock_Thx.p5f (I am on 31.6 tires but the last 2 "31-33" test tunes didn't work all that great for me)

Holy balls of Jesus! It feels like I have 1.05 Performance back because damn it runs good! I'm a driver btw. Going from point A to point B at everyone else's pace is not my style. Needless to say my gf hates my driving lol

Also for those wondering what does what, and I think this makes total sense:
I believe ECT is still performance mode. I only drove about 12 miles but after a few I hit ECT and I could tell the difference.
Also logic says that ECT + S Mode is still towing mode because all he did was remove gearlock.

Ima just itching hahaha, im patient nevertheless about it! But i wouldnt mind running something different. Im kind of annoyed by 2.0 performance 91 and its early shift points on WOT. Id like to try the 33 file alot for my 255/85/16 tires!

 

No problem. Matt and I must've been typing at the same time. Lol. Still haven't tuned my truck yet. Been waiting for Final so don't know what to expect.

 

Its finally over, Mat you are my personal savior. Premium gas, check. 4.88 gears, check. 33" tires, check. Ability to mod alternator voltage, check. Hallelujah!!!

this tune is amazing at 20 miles. I accelerated into the highway without the hard shift. The tip in is perfect. Great work Mat, looking forward to seeing what happens as it gets more time.

I’m on 31.6” tires

EDIT: Flashing was twice as fast as well, P5 is a easily twice as fast the Dongle. Ive never been done flashing and clearing in under 4 minutes.

 

I'm not tuned but I have read at least 60k+ of the posts here
