    Shrimp Fra Diavolo
1-2 lbs large shrimp. reserve shells for stock
1 28oz can San Marzano tomatoes whole
    1c dry white wine
As much garlic as you want
    1tsp Red Pepper Flake
    1tsp dried Oregano
    1 can Anchovy
A lot of fresh Basil and fresh Parsley
1Tbs Pepperoncini and 1Tbs of its juice
    Olive Oil

Peel shrimp. Save peels and salt shrimp. Drain tomatoes and reserve juice. Use a large pan, cook shells in a little veg oil till really red. Add wine. Cook. Add tomtato juice. Cook. Drain stock into bowl. Toss the peels. In the pan with a little veg oil, add garlic, red pepper flake and oregano. Cook. Add drained, cut up anchovy. Cook a minute or two and add whole tomatoes and mash with potato masher. Yep. Just do it. Mash and cook. Add stock. Cook. Add shrimp. Cook. When the shrimp is done and all the dish is to your taste, take off heat, and add basil, parsley, chopped pepperoncini and its juices, and a drizzle of olive oil. The recipe says serve with fettuccine but I use rice because it absorbs the liquid better. And I guarantee your ladies clothes will come flying off or I'm not Mister Grey.
