Swing case bed storage in a 2019

Searched but not seeing anything 100% definitive...

I’d like to add an Undercover Swing Case to the bed of my Taco. My 2019 does not have the drivers side cubby. Install shows mounting to those bolts. Does that mean I can only add to the passenger side? I’d rather not cover the small cubby and outlet on that side. Any help/experience appreciated.

Yeah, see my post on this. Manufacturer said it will NOT fit a 2020. Instructions (dated 2018) that come with it state it will not fit a 2019. Yet everyone selling this advertise it will fit an '05-current. Baloney.
