    It's all up to the individual whether you want personal or career focused stuff. I could say I'd like to work on refresher sql courses or getting my PMP, stuff like that. My boss is always pushing for a PMP. F that nonsense.

    Hmm... Maybe I'll just throw in the sql stuff. Totally unrelated to my job :rofl:

    If I could be honest I could just tell my boss I don't need to do one because I'm not going to be around for long but I can't be quite that honest.
