My problem I'm having is in the Eco app on the stock premium head unit.
I have the Trip Information, which records like it's supposed to, but under Past Records it's completely blank. I have a 2019 TRD Sport manual transmission which has just over 14,000 miles, I reset the radio about 1,000 miles ago to get rid of the extra Entune apps on there when I bought the truck, and the battery has never been disconnected.

So do I need to manually save each trip? Do I have something turned off that is preventing it from saving? Or should I just take a trip to the dealership to see what's wrong?

    Thanks

If it's the same as the 2016-2019 version of the eco app, yes....you have to press update to store a record. I still have records from 18 months ago.

Always wondered that myself, mine doesnt seem to keep track either. So weird, shouldn't that just update itself automatically...

What a stupid feature that you manually have to save the trip data, most drives when I get to my destination I turn the truck off and jump out without ever looking at the trip info. I just thought it would be nice to see a graph of all my trips.
