I am CONSTANTLY replacing headlights on my 2012 Tacoma. I was told there was a bad control module, which i replaced, but the bulbs seem to still burn out after only about a month or so. I do take care installing them, not to touch the bulb itself and use the connection grease that comes with the bulbs.

    Anyone else have this problem?

I get about a year out of mine when I was daily driving it. I just ran the Sylvania one step up from the cheapest. Changing them is a pain compared to the old style headlights, so I feel your pain. Maybe test with a multimeter.

My 07’ still has the same OEM bulbs.
Did anything change bulb types on later model trucks?

Are you using Stock OEM Bulbs?

When you start running those "enhanced" bulbs they are known to have a shorter life due to the higher output.

The last bulb I had to replace was on my wife's Sienna van with 110K miles on it. She keeps the headlights on whenever she is driving day or night as do I.
