This is what I've been running for a few years, it's been pretty awesome. No experience with Viair to compare it to

I bought a porta potti cause of this issue. I have a 5 year old and was traveling to Texas and no one would let us use the restroom, so he peed on the wall of a Dollar General who turned us away.

I saw this too but pretty sure it's just Memphis, the bordering towns in which we mostly live aren't doing that, even though I still wear a mask cause it's not a big deal for me.

They said they were contemplating fines, but I imagine that's probably not enforcable.

I looked at Viair and thought they looked good, but ended up going with this Smittybilt for quite a bit less, so far no regrets. I did switch it over to standard 1/4 air fittings from their weird proprietary fittings, and use an inflator I already had.. This thing is big and heavy. Have thought about adding an aluminum air tank under my bed to store some volume for quicker air-ups.

edit.. this is the same price as the 300p, I was looking at the 400P comparison to the Smittybilt. =)

Funny timing. I just walked in from testing my new compressor. I went with the Smittybilt 2781. I got it on ebay for around $150. I chose it because I felt the price was right and it has a lot of really positive reviews. I was going to splurge on the ARB single but it had a surprising number of bad reviews, especially for the money. This Smitty has lot of videos on Youtube if you're interested. The Viair 300p you mentioned sounds promising too.

    Here is the Smitty.

I've got the 88P, superior to the very cheap HF compressor I ran for the first bit of wheeling trips. I can go from ~15psi to ~32 psi in all 4 in about 10-12 minutes I'd say.
Still going very strong after a couple years, hopefully it'll serve me well with the coming 35s.

    Yeah that sucks.

I was looking at porta potties, then I realized I could just carry one of these which means I have no chemicals to deal with. Might carry two for more wide open areas or when its a little cold or just want some more privacy..

So i have a big pile of milled kiln dried Olive Ash boards that came from a tree in my backyard that have been sitting in my basement for a couple years. I was planning on making a dining room table out of some of it but i just dont know if i will ever get to it. I already used some to trim out all my upstairs windows and made a bannister and stair rail.

Thinking maybe i should sell it but dont know what to ask or if there is much of a market for it.

any wood workers here want to chime in and give me some advice?

If it's dried Ash, just calculate it's board feet and toss it up here and on a few woodworking places, including facebook. People will pick up a stacked set of dried Ash probably pretty quick.

To figure it's worth you can look online.

I recently used these guys on a couple of small jobs. The quality of the work was top notch.
