They looked good but I'll put the studs of shackles through them tomorrow before I hit them again with the rattle can. If they don't fit I'll run a core drill through them. Appreciate the heads up, didn't think to check.:thumbsup:

Nothing to over the top, added the over used trd pro grille with raptor lights but I’ve yet to see any tacos around me other then pros with it and also polished then ceramic coated the truck!59DA2A4C-4FB0-45F1-9B86-18988900F480.jpg 8E40F5AA-1A28-40B1-BF16-3C5744D91E00.jpg 634F0C91-7FB0-4DE9-B664-2A3C44384ACE.jpg

I used the cquartz U.K. 3.0, was extremely easy to apply and very forgiving on the flash time.

Nice, I coated mine with cquarts U.K. 3.0 back in November and I just coated my new wheels the other day with Carpro Delux wheel coating. I haven't coated a car prior to coating my truck. I did however play with coating my GT350R wheels (man does that help with the brake dust build up) to test the application process before coating the whole truck. I love how the coating is holding up so far.

Oh awesome, I’ve been debating on trying that delux coating too. How was the application and was it as easy with flash times? You and me both, first time I’ve ever applied a ceramic coat as well. My buddy tried to warn me against it saying he had a lot of high spots after curing but he’s not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to that kind of stuff but I’m glad I did it lol.

I would recommend taking the wheels off of the truck to clean and coat them. It makes it easier to get into all of the nooks and crannies and makes leveling the coating easier too. I typically wait an hour between each layer and I just did two layers of the coating but I think the max number of layers you can do is 3. I start with the barrels and then move to the face of the wheels and the barrels typically soak up a lot of the coating so be sure to add more to the applicator pad. If its 60-75 degrees outside I can typically do the whole wheel and still have a few minutes before it starts to flash.

My sliders finally came in finished and had them installed at Caliraised Off-road since i don’t have the bed space and my girlfriend isn’t able to get them off the roof with me. Luckily they were able to get them on in under an hour! Amazing staff and service. If your in SoCal and want some sliders I don’t know why you’d go any other route.05AEEE43-88D5-4A79-92B0-12885BD55B1B.jpg1EAC9075-C68D-409A-9D61-2E868E43E186.jpg53C34390-63E0-4B4B-8FCA-35E45CCD980F.jpg

Ahh yeah that makes sense, I honestly didn’t even think of coating the barrels even tho that should be a no brainer lol. That sounds good, I’ll definitely have to give it a go and I appreciate the information!

Received 1 of 2 packages for my new Frontrunner Slimline II roof rack. I was really hoping to get it installed this weekend but it will have to wait until Monday.90F61806-34B1-4BD2-A495-D7E701BF5071.jpg
