    You just need to find a good dealer. It can be fixed.

    Id honestly contact the higher ups at Toyota.
    When my truck was taken in for the rear diff recall the dealership decided to keep my truck for 3 months while I called them every week they would keep telling me they'd get the parts next week and then the week after and so on, so I decided to contact Toyota and got a response from Toyota saying they were sorry, and they would take care of it, then the following day after Toyota's email the dealership called me to apologized and that my truck would be ready in a couple hours because they somehow had just got the parts.

    I suggest trying to contact Toyota and if not then trying another dealership it definitely should still be under warranty especially since its a widely known issue with the 3rd gens.

    seam seal on roof panel may have a small hole and water is running to the back.
